**INDOOR ONLY HOME - ONLY PET HOME**

Hi everyone, my name is Salik, and I’m a very handsome black semi-fluffy boy (if I do say so myself 😼). I’ve just celebrated my third birthday, and while the party was wonderful, my biggest wish is still waiting to come true… finding a family to call my own.

Before I was rescued, life wasn’t very kind to me. I spent a long time living as a stray and was often bullied by other cats. I know it’s hard to believe that a big, handsome lad like me could be pushed around, but the truth is, I’m actually a gentle soul with a very soft heart.

When I first arrived in foster care, I hid under the bed for the first 24 hours. But then my foster human opened a tasty pouch of meat, and suddenly I realised that maybe humans weren’t so scary after all! Since then, I’ve shown everyone just how loving I really am. I adore fuss, attention, and especially belly rubs.

Because of my difficult past, I’m looking for an indoor-only home where I can feel safe, secure, and loved. I don’t miss life outside at all — I much prefer a warm bed, a full tummy, and humans to cuddle.
I would also like to be the only pet in the home. Other cats really aren’t my thing, and after everything I’ve been through, I’d love to be king of the castle and have all the love and attention to myself. In return, I promise endless affection, companionship, and plenty of purrs.
